4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services (Google Cloud Platform). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

• Stripe: Payment processing for Premium subscriptions (see Section 11)

• Cloudflare: Static hosting and CDN for the site and camera data

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your preferences and favorites for a better user experience. This data remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and preferences until you delete your account. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data from our servers.

Our service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

11. Subscription Billing

If you subscribe to TrafficVision.Live Premium, we use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking details. We retain only the Stripe Customer ID and subscription status linked to your TrafficVision.Live account.

When you cancel your subscription or delete your TrafficVision.Live account, your Stripe Customer ID is removed from our records along with your account. Stripe retains transaction history per its own retention policies as required for legal/tax purposes.

Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

If you live in a jurisdiction where applicable sales tax or VAT applies, Stripe will calculate and collect it on our behalf via Stripe Tax.
