By accessing and using TrafficVision.Live ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
TrafficVision.Live provides access to live traffic, weather, nature, maritime, polar, and space camera feeds from 600+ official sources across 130+ countries. The Service aggregates publicly available camera data and presents it in an easy-to-use interface with map and grid views.

Data Sources: All camera data is sourced from publicly available APIs, including 511 systems, state DOTs (Departments of Transportation), municipal traffic management centers, and other public agencies and organizations (NASA, NOAA, the National Park Service, port authorities, university and conservancy networks, and more). This underlying camera data is publicly accessible.
Our Value-Add: TrafficVision.Live aggregates data from 600+ sources across 130+ countries, performs geocoding to enrich location metadata (city, county, region), tests camera feeds for availability, removes duplicates, and presents everything in a unified, easy-to-use interface.
Data Usage: While the underlying camera data is public, our aggregated dataset, geocoding work, and curation represents significant effort. If you use our aggregated data in your own project, you are required to provide attribution to TrafficVision.Live.
Availability: We do not own or control camera feeds and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or quality. Feeds may become unavailable without notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Public Data: Raw camera data (camera locations, IDs, video/image URLs) is sourced from public agencies and remains publicly accessible.
Our Protected Work: The following elements are owned by TrafficVision.Live and protected by copyright:
Bulk Data Extraction: While individual camera lookups are permitted, automated bulk downloading of our entire aggregated database is prohibited without written permission. If you need bulk access for a legitimate project, please contact us to discuss API access or licensing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAFFICVISION.LIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TrafficVision.Live. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subscriptions. TrafficVision.Live Premium is an optional paid subscription that removes advertisements from the TrafficVision.Live web application. Plans are billed monthly ($4.99) or annually ($44.99). Prices are subject to change with notice; existing subscribers are grandfathered into their original price for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Receipts are sent by Stripe to your billing email.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the Manage Subscription button in Settings, which directs you to Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
No refunds. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise, for cancellations, unused time, or any other reason. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
Service availability. A Premium subscription does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Camera availability, performance, and features remain subject to the same terms as the free tier.
Account requirement. Premium subscriptions are tied to a TrafficVision.Live account. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts.
